My fees are $250 per 50 min. session.

I currently don’t accept insurance directly and am considered an out-of-network provider. However, many of my clients receive reimbursement between 40% and 80% by submitting a superbill to their insurance company, which I can provide.

I also offer online sessions.

You can typically get an appointment within a week and, sometimes, within the next 48 hours. Feel free to send me an email if you don’t find a time that works for you. I am happy to offer alternatives if available.

You can easily schedule an appointment through my website. Once it’s confirmed, I’ll send you a welcome email with a link to fill out the initial paperwork. I’ll also provide the link for video sessions or directions to the office.

In the beginning, I recommend weekly sessions. As you make progress, we can space the sessions out to every other week.

During your first sex therapy session, the therapist will ask a variety of questions to understand your sexual history, mental health, family relationships, and any physical or medical concerns. If you’re in a relationship, they’ll also ask about your relationship dynamics, including how you show affection outside of sex. This helps the therapist develop a holistic understanding of your situation and create a personalized treatment plan. 

Sex therapy sessions can help you build skills to enhance pleasure and arousal, manage performance anxiety, and improve communication with your partner. You’ll also receive education on anatomy, sexual functioning, and how to better understand the mind-body connection. The goal is to work toward improving your relationship with intimacy in a non-judgmental, supportive environment.

Not necessarily. While sex therapy addresses intimacy challenges, it also explores non-sexual stressors that may be impacting your relationship or emotional well-being. Like other forms of talk therapy, sex therapy can help you address underlying mental health concerns or relationship dynamics that might be interfering with your overall satisfaction. It’s important to note that there is no nudity or genital touch involved in sex therapy—sessions are strictly conversational and focus on emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of intimacy.

Absolutely. Your privacy is my top priority, and I adhere to strict ethical guidelines to ensure that everything discussed in our sessions stays confidential. The only exceptions to confidentiality are rare and legally mandated, such as:
Reports of abuse or neglect involving children, elders, or vulnerable adults.

Court orders requiring the release of records, usually related to a person’s mental health in a legal case.

Safety concerns, including when a client expresses thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or intent to harm others.

In all other cases, what we discuss stays between us, so you can feel safe opening up during therapy.

Yes, I offer online sessions, and they can be just as effective as in-person therapy. Virtual therapy provides the same level of confidentiality, support, and guidance as face-to-face sessions, but with the added convenience of attending from the comfort of your own space. Many clients find online sessions particularly helpful if they have busy schedules, live in remote areas, or simply feel more comfortable at home.
