It’s hard not to feel like less of a man.

From ‘This is embarrasing’ to ‘Oh yeah!’

Feel confident now!

Feeling like your body is not cooperating in bed?

When it is not working, it can feel frustrating and powerless. Sex becomes something you worry about, taking the fun away.

Your partner is ready, and you feel ready, too, but when the moment comes, your body just doesn’t respond. It’s disappointing; the more you try, the less it works. Ahhh help!

You can’t find the words to explain why it’s happening; no matter what you say, words can’t fix it. The pressure builds, only making things worse.

ED leaves men feeling ashamed and powerless. It’s tough, and it can shake their confidence and create issues in their relationship, especially if they take it personally and don’t feel desirable. With sex therapy, you can take back control, rebuild your confidence, and, most importantly, put a smile on your partner’s face.

No more feeling like you’re letting them down.

I can help you take back control.

What happens in sex therapy when treating ED?

Sex therapy is a professional, talk-based approach that focuses on emotional, psychological, and relational concerns—without involving physical contact, romantic interactions, or explicit material.

Causes of Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Erectile dysfunction (ED) often results from a mix of psychological and biological factors. Since the mind and body work together during sexual arousal, it’s common for men to experience a combination of both.

Is medication the solution to ED?

Medication can be a very effective option for managing ED, especially when the cause is physical, like poor blood flow. However, it’s not always the complete solution. If the issue is related to stress, anxiety, or relationship dynamics, medication may not fully address the problem. In most cases, a combined approach that considers both physical and emotional factors is the most effective.

Hi. I’m Vielka. A Certified Sex Therapist who knows what you’re going through.

At the beginning, everything was great—including sex. It was fun, spontaneous, and there was a lot of it. But after a couple of years, something changed. I didn’t want to have sex anymore. I grew up in Costa Rica, a catholic country and I had no idea how to fix it.

I started doing it just for my partner, but honestly, it felt like I was doing him a favor. Saying “no” didn’t make him happy, and saying “yes” didn’t make me happy. Sex was no longer enjoyable, and our emotional intimacy began to suffer.

I felt terrible as a partner. I lost desire and didn’t know how to bring it back. It didn’t matter how many toys or lingerie I would buy. Nothing worked. I felt like giving up.

Then I learned that losing desire happens to a lot of couples. This made me feel better, but the problem was still there—and I had no idea how to fix it.

I reached a point where I thought, “I’m okay never having sex again.” Yes, it got that bad. Deep down, I craved the connection, excitement, and aliveness that sex brings, but I had no idea how to make that happen.

But I didn’t give up and I embarked on a journey that led me to become a Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

I discovered the tools I needed, and my intimacy became absolutely AMAZING! Now I know how to create mind-blowing orgasms and keep desire alive over time. I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and helping others transform their sexuality through self-love and healing.

Therapy for ED is about getting to the root of what’s holding you back—whether it’s stress, anxiety, or relationship struggles. You’ll learn tools to manage performance pressure, rebuild your confidence, and feel more in control of your body and your relationship. It’s not about quick fixes but lasting solutions that work for you.

Absolutely. Even with physical causes, ED often comes with stress, frustration, and self-doubt that make things worse. You’ll be provided with strategies to manage the mental and emotional side, making medical treatments more effective and giving you the confidence to reconnect with your partner.

A session is just a conversation—no awkward exams or explicit material. You’ll talk about what’s been going on, how it’s affecting you, and what you want to change. You’ll be provided with practical tools to reduce performance anxiety, improve communication, and rebuild intimacy step by step.

Only if you want them to be. Some people prefer to work on their own first, while others find that involving their partner helps with communication and trust. You’ll learn how to decide what’s best for your situation and how to involve them effectively if needed.

Everyone’s different, but many men start noticing progress within a few sessions. The more you practice the tools and techniques you’re provided with, the faster you’ll see changes. Lasting results usually take a few weeks to months, but every step forward counts.

Let’s turn things around—starting now.
